MINIMUM ORDER VALUE & QUANTITY

All our prices are FOB, Yangon for container orders.

Our minimum order value is USD 10,000. An additional documentation charge of USD 500 applies for orders below the minimum value.

Mixed products can be ordered in one container shipment; minimum order quantity of 30 pcs per item applies.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIME
-
Standard production lead time for a 20 foot container of mixed items takes 6 to 8 weeks, and a 40 foot container takes 8 to 12 weeks. The actual lead time may vary depending on the product mixture.

The consignee may nominate their preferred forwarding company or may request Classic Home to provide quotation from our selected list of reliable forwarding companies.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

In case of faulty products received in a shipment, please inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt

For manufacturing defects, Classic Home has employed the following practices in place for our export clients:

As product replacement in your next container order​ or

As store credit to be deducted in your next container order

PAYMENT METHOD

Classic Home requests 50% deposit for order confirmation.

The balance is due after the container is shipped and when the consignee receives our email with scan copies of shipping documents
